307 Dance Hall is always on the lookout for dancers — line dancers especially — who want to turn the thing they love into a little extra income. This isn't a career change. It's a handful of nights a month, good money for a few hours of work, and a wonderful dance family!

Paid per event. You tell us the dates you're free — we work around your real job.

What you'd actually be doing

Perform with the troupe

This is the bulk of it. You learn our numbers, you show up in costume, and you dance — leading the floor, working the crowd and making sure nobody's stuck in their chair.

Help teach, if you want

There's room for instruction too — calling line dances, walking beginners through the steps. Some of our dancers do it, some never do. It's up to you.

Pick your nights

Events are mostly evenings and weekends, booked well ahead. You take the ones that work and pass on the ones that don't. No minimum.

You don't have to be a professional

We've hired ranch hands, nurses, teachers and college kids. What matters is that you can hold a beat, pick up choreography reasonably fast, and genuinely like talking to strangers. We'll teach you the rest — you'll rehearse with us before you ever work an event.
