How does pricing work?+
Every quote is fully custom. What it comes to depends on your headcount, where you are, how long you want us on the floor and anything you're adding — choreography, extra dancers, DJ hours or band collaboration. Send us the details and you'll have a written quote inside 48 hours. How quoting works.
How far ahead should we book?+
Summer weekends in Jackson Hole go early — six months out is not too soon for a wedding. That said, we fill last-minute dates all the time. Call and ask.
How fast will we hear back?+
Within 48 hours of your reservation request, usually the same day. If your date is close, call (307) 226-0261 for a quicker answer.
Is there a deposit?+
Nothing is due to request a quote. Deposit and payment terms come with the written quote we send you.
Your venue
How much floor space do we need?+
Any hard, flat surface works — a ballroom floor, a barn, a concrete pad under a tent. Tell us your headcount and room dimensions in the request form and we'll tell you honestly whether it's enough space.
Do we need a stage?+
No. A stage or riser helps the back of a big room see the steps, but we work fine on the floor with everybody else.
Do you bring sound, or use ours?+
Either. A complete sound system and curated playlist are part of the base package, and we're just as happy running off house AV or working with your DJ or band.
Can you dance outdoors?+
Yes — we do a lot of tent and pavilion events. We need a solid surface (not grass or gravel), power for the sound system, and a rain plan. Confirm your weather policy and we'll state it here.
How far do you travel?+
Jackson Hole, Star Valley and Teton Valley are home. We go farther for the right party — a travel fee may apply depending on the exact location.
The dancing
Nobody in our group can dance. Is that a problem?+
That's the whole idea. We teach three to four well-known dances slowly, from zero, and our dancers spread through the crowd so there's always somebody to follow.
How long is a session?+
One hour in the base package, and it flexes to two if you want more. Add DJ hours to keep the music going after the lesson ends.
Is it kid friendly?+
Very. Kids usually pick the steps up faster than the adults, and line dancing means nobody needs a partner. We keep music and prizes appropriate for whoever's in the room.
Can we request specific dances?+
Please do. A week's notice is ideal so we can build the set around your requests, and we do our best with shorter notice — call us if your date is close.
What should guests wear?+
Whatever they showed up in. Boots are fun, sneakers are fine, and there's no dress code to enforce.
